Time flies, really flies....

According to the counter, it has been 115 weeks since i've last logged in:p

Lots and lots ve happened since, jus like the usual saying

"DUNO where to start"

haha..then again, u ve got to start somewhere..

So ve decided to try keep my blog gg again:)

Shall not b too ambitious..Jus try to slowly account for the "exciting" events lately.

Psle over, all the other levels coming soon. I'm just like the squirrel: Save for the lobo days.

Very sure i got to tighten my belt next 2 mths when everyone is getting their bonus...SHIT

Even my sis has jus applied for NIE.. mayb, jus mayb..They may not want me anyway. Ha! Such a stale grad. hohoho..

终于到了时候...

Me here alone in my nealy emptied house....

Sad? Definitely! Sad that my 2 years holiday has to come to an end....

Happy? Slowly building up... More happy for Vin, cos his shitty job is finally coming to an end oso...:p

Very grateful for the gd times, and even more glad that the bad has past..

This line is a perfect summary for my feelings now:)

Nearly 80% done. Will pack in the big stuff tonite. So i bet this will b my last entry till i reach home:)

So wat has been happening for the past 3weeks?

1) Went Barcelona and Andorra with C and her dad.
Quite a smooth drive. 1 of my furthest so far:) Din quite like the mountain roads:p At least we came back safe and sound BUT broke! hohoho... Though he wud rather we ve saved the money, Vin agreed to the trip cos he knows I really wana to go Barcelona to take a look. So jus nice it is the summer sales now, so he even allowed me to do plenty of shoppg!

But of cse, I can't "bite the hands tat feed me", so i tried to *minimise* the losses..Hohoho.. Mango was really worth it in Andorra, esp with the sales. Somemore I so fat, so as usual, the bigger ends of the range is avaliable for me to ki-yok! Jus tried not tob 'demoralised" by the big numbers taile:p hahaha...
Zara was under reno in Ando, Barcelona got quite a few but we had no time to shop. But the things there r relatively cheaper, since their taxes r lower ( Andorra, not at all) and the fact tat there's even up to 70% sales:)

Damages for the whole trip?
1 pair shoes, 1 brooch, 1 jeans, 1 skirt, 1 dress, 2 3/4pants, 1 beach wrap, 3 blouses. hohoho..

Vin? 1 Zara belt.

Interestingly, both the cities really has the feel of Sgpore! Mb it's partly cos of the warm and humid weather:p So i was telling Vin tat this is a "warm up" trip to the hustle and bustle back home:)

It's the 1st time I ate paella( yummy), and grabbed the chance to order Sangria for every diner:p Lucky for us, the weather was quite cloudy when we were there. Hot and stuff at times, but at least not burning! Imagine at Cacasone, it was 44 degrees!

It was my 1st time oso taking those no roof tour bus:) Gaudi sure did Barcelona a very big favour. We only manage to visit the church and the park. If only we can spare a few days more to visit the museums too. I'm so glad we made it there:)

2) Summers sales
This yr i very guai cos I know I've been spending really big money for the past 1 mth+...The Italy trip, the rabbits tix, and the Barcelona trip. So definitely, i've to auto-cut down. French maid is very poor one leh:o Her Master is even poorer now:p hahaha...

But yet, can't help to "poloso" myself tat this is gona tob my last time.....So, i still got myself a very nice pink dress, a belt, a vest, 2 skirts, 2 tops, 1 shoes:p All for abt S$120:p Yeah!

And also, went to my last Sunday Mkt in La Teste yday.. Again, with compliments from Vin, cos he wud seriously rather save the $$ and spent the time to pack away:p So i happily got myself, 1 swim suit, I bikinis, 2 dresses, and 1 bag. It's really the last of the last liao:p

3)Rabbits
Long story so jus bear with me...:p
--Went there 1 hr early ( b4 the 2hrs early check-in) and still nearly miss the flight---> All b'cos of the stupid woman who was doing the registering dili dali's attitude!
--Olady mafan the interpretor to make several enquires weeks b4. Finally we reserved *cage for a big enof "dog-transporter" quoted for 450euros---->Yet, cos the handbook din ve the picture of such cage for the rabbits, so the idioit woman was initially v v v v ''ee...hm...aa'', as if she's like NOT gg to let us pass. Until, her boss came down and pointed her to the 1 line which states that this type of plastic dog transporter is also good. Then she went "oh ya oh ya" 他妈的! Stupid woman.

And guess wat?! She quoted us 730euros! We were like, HUH!! Wat the h*** is this? Then she went "It's not me...It's the computer system, blablabla..." Until, we got our interpretor to speak to her abt our previous reservation, then she "oh, it's possible..." Then she came back with the price 420euros. At the end, she even dare to have the cheeks to ask us tob "grateful" to her for making the chances! GANASAI!!

And as usual, all the impossibles happen when u r overseas...

--The rabbits ve to transit at Paris. Poor them have to wait fr 3pm to 11pm for the connecting flight. Me of cse lagi more ganjiong! Had to wait for 28hrs b4 i could rec any news fr my sis. Yet to my horror, the dispatch guy said there were no labbits on board at all!!! Again, called interpretor, who then called Air France, to find out wat happened. Initially they din even know where the rabbits were! Then they found out tat there was this kind soul who din want them tob cooked in the hangar of 50 degrees! So he placed them in the aircon room...So he KIND of also KINDLY forgot abt them...So shitted, my dispatch has to charge me again for coming the next day and I'll ve to wait for another 24hrs...

And guess wat again? Cos their flight were supposed tob on the previous day, so their original paperwork MIGHT ve been sent to Sgp liao. So when the rabbits finally touched down on the 20th, they were totally illegal immigrants!!! And can't even leave the check pt! So again, i had to make so many international phone calls jus to explain to the customs,AVA pple, Air France Cargo, my dispatch guy and to ask the interpretors to find out wat has happened on the French side.

And as usual, French say go liao, Sgp say, dun ve. Then cos the involved shift is not on duty until the nex day, so there's no way anyone wud know wat has happened to the originals...I oso dun y it took them 3hrs!!! b4 they could "break the rules" to refer to the photocopied ones taped on thier cage so tat they can at least leave the check-pt!!!! Talk abt red-tapes in Sgp man!

But cos there's still no original, so my rabbits gana detained, me ve to pay for the detention and to pay the dispatch to come bac the nex day to pick them up. Luckily, AVA allowed the rabbits to go since they recognised tat it's Air France fault tat their original documents were lost. So where's the original now? God knows!

Talk abt 劳命伤财 man!

The rabbits shld b fine now. At least my sis told me tat they eat and shit everywhere. Thank god!

Voila! Tat's aga wat's happened for the past 3 weeks. Some 3 weeks huh?:p

So, hopefully when I'm bac, i'll still ve the time, mood, blablabla, to continue yakking..:p I really nv am a PC person:p

Thank you all for reading and showing concerns to all the gd and bad tat had happened for the past 1 yrs+. Esp to fellow "french wives" who ve generously showered me with ur friendships. And of cse, to my "SH wife", C:) Can't imagine hw these times wud ve passed if not for all of u:) Again, xiexie xiexie!

Yes, I've started packing. My boxes only arrived last Fri.. It's kind of late esp when we'll b gg for our last hols here w another family next week.. So got tob extra hardwkg now..Really ve to wrap like siao to make sure tat my porcelain plates will NOT be damaged!!!

SO jus to explain the pix a bit..

1)There's an Aerodrome--mini pte airport for small planes, near our place. Several Sporeans grab their chance to get a "flying licence" here:) It costs cheaper to get it here and obviously it's nicer to fly here than back home.
Vin's french colleague, Nick is an instructor there. So he offered to gif us a "flight", 1 round over the area we r staying, as our farewell gift:) It was great fun seeing everything fr the "bird's eye view"! Eg, for the 1st time, I can finally see the end of Cazaux Lake, wh is so damn big tat most pple tot tat it's the sea when they 1st see it. Din go to Cap Faret or the Bird's Island by boat b4. So it was nice to enjoy them from a different view. Well, have to say tat the flight was a little queasy.. Luckily i brought some sour plum with me:p Still it was such great experience!

2) Rec quite a few gifts fr the aunties on the farewell lunch .
So surprised tat my basket aunties actually bot me 3 bottles of Rose--Light red wine. So touched tat they remembered me saying b4 i like rose more than the white or red. And they also bot me a French-Eng book illustrating the region here--Gironde:) SO nice!

Cos i've been painting several "big" items like the jug and the salad bowl towards the end, so i must ve given the aunties the impressions tat i luv BIG stuff. I bet tat's y they gave me tat BIG BIG plate! haha.. Mariette was even telling me "It's big ya.." haha.. My basket aunties even added tat i can put "beaucoup beacoup gateau"! Such Fun!

If only there's a INFINITE "time-out" for all wars....

Let's start from WC ba!

Well, v glad tat I no need to "burn midnight oil" to watch the matches:) So i kinda of caught most of them, esp those teams wh i like:) Nv was/is a soccer fan, still can't quite understd wat off-side shit, but still, watching some handsome men chasing 1 ball, running round like crazy, while i can "scream and shout at them" is quite "saddistically" theraputic! hahaha...

Well, din exactly bet but it was great fun to join in PS's game--- "pool" some "funds" to "donate" to the fellow with the closest predictions to the top 4. S$10 per guess--4 teams and 1 black horse. So i happily bot 2

B and G r "obvious" choices. I think 90% of the **donors ve tat in mind:p So it all goes down to the other 2 and the black horse to stand a chance to rec the "donations":p

Shitted tat Ivory olady balak kampong early early....Cze Rep din make it against Ghana ( Well, better them, than Usa):p So for the top 16, I was still looking up till i saw the grouping.....
France against Spain---Merde! And the winner wud 99% fight Brazil next( Olady happily assuming tat Ghana was gg home..:P)

Luckily, Beckham's freekick was still wkg ( until yday..) Must say Spain had a bad day.. And the Dutch had an even worse one... Walao, I've to say, tat was 1 of the most "gek sim" matches I've watched so far. So many chances wasted but the Portugal goalie--Ricardo proves himself again yday. Joker of the yr must b Switzerland! All these matches, no goal at all, not even the penalty! Champion!

There are many interesting expressions one can see in a match. I think 1 tat left the deepest impression is the one which shows Deco and the other Ned player ( whom i duno his name), both sitting at the stairs, commenting abt the match after they had been both send-off.
